Is 69% SSJ3 Rose good enough? Or should I continue to chase dupes?

Have 350 stones left, did fairly well with the rest of the banner, but am torn between chasing Rose dupes and saving for a potential shared NY DFE, or the remotely small chance of shared anni in January.

Advice?
