That is decidedly a plate with a bunch of culinary stuff on it.

Just because it was eaten on thanksgiving day. Neat trick telling “fig ripeness” from a picture. I’ll have to learn that one (I usually just try them). Thanks for your feedback.

I dont think there's a lot of cohesion from an artist's viewpoint. It just isn't very appealing to the eye, but im sure it was fine

Love the way the figs brighten the dish. I would definitely order this. Very nicely done.
