Mario has platformers, Luigi has Luigi's Mansion, and Wario has WarioWare (also Wario Land but that series hasn't gotten a new game in a while). If Nintendo came up to you and asked you to come up with a Waluigi game, what ideas would you have?

A rhythm game where Waluigi enters a dance-off tournament.

A Wario game is playing in the background and things keep almost killing Wario, stopped by Waluigi's secret intervention that he's never appreciated for.

I'd take inspiration from things like cursed Minesweeper variants for a platformer. Each world would be based on an existing Mario game but with a twist that messes with your mind
Mario Galaxy but the gravity fields are fractals. Mario 64 but in 4d (look up 4d chess to see how it'd work). Mario Kart but you play as the items with the racers being enemies

For real though, I cannot think of an exact concept. I just think that the gameplay should involve Waluigi hurting himself in Wile E Cayote or Tom Cat like ways, and gaining a power up from it.
Like Wario in the later Wario Land games, or Pizza Tower.
Basically the game Bully, but with Waluigi.
