Advice from Careers Advisors

Hi everyone,

I'm a teacher looking to become a Careers Advisor. Most of my experience has been in senior secondary and I really enjoy the conversations I've had with students about their post-school options and possible pathways. I'd like to delve deeper into that and explore further.

I'm hoping to connect with some Careers Advisors on here and have some questions:

1. What do you like the most about it?
2. What do you like the least (or find the least enjoyable)?
3. What type of questions could I expect in an interview (and/or any tips you might have)?

I'm based in NSW. Any thoughts or comments would be much appreciated :)
