How do I survive without my meds?

I called it in several weeks ago because I give them time to have problems, but my doctor wouldn't give my pharmacy permission to fill it because I needed to go in and they couldn't share that information or call me about it until it was too late to do anything about it. And because it's Friday, I have to wait until next week.

Edit: I just figured out that I have an as-needed anti-anxiety med that I usually take before bed. Sure I'm still non-functional, but at least I don't care as much.
