Europe tour front row gang, when did/do you start queuing?

The title pretty much sums it up. I'm going to the Hamburg show on Tuesday and am trying to plan out when it would make sense for me to arrive at the venue to queue up. I'm aiming for and hoping with all my heart that I can get barricade, but for the others who got there, when did you start queuing?
If anyone else is going to the Hamburg show, I would love to hear when you're aiming for queuing as well. Doors open 18:30 and the show starts at 20:00, and with the weather, I'm having a very hard time scoping out what is realistic. Don't wanna show up 6 hours before doors and have to vibe in the cold all afternoon if there's no one else there lmao, but also don't wanna show up 2 hours early and have no earthly chance of being able to see anything. I'm short, it doesn't take much :')
