For those of us who lack self control

This is part question part suggestion.

I really want to play a game without pausing. I really do. But I can’t. My brain knows the space bar is there, and when things gets hectic, it gets pushed.

I looked at mapping pause to a different key, but can’t do. So:

Question: is there a mod that would black out or blur the screen when paused, or

Suggestion: can the devs have this added to the base game settings at startup?
