Is it wrong for me to block my ex on socials?

For context my ex left me after 4 years together, we had a fight then just disappeared. I reached out and he ignored everything, it’s been 3 months and I noticed about a month ago he started to view my TikTok page and my insta stories. Me being a little delusional I thought maybe that meant he missed me, so I caved and reached out 2 nights ago but I was again ignored. I decided yesterday to block him on all socials, since he has the nerve to get up and leave me that easily after 4 years together. I guess it’s somewhat of my revenge for what he did. I feel bad doing it and somewhat sad because I would love to work things out with him if he ever wanted to, but I just don’t see him caring anymore.
