Is it too late for Cyraxx to redeem himself?

I've pondered this question for him and other lolcows as well. Like, one day he just simply takes in how much of a piece of shit he has been; eventually coming to terms with that and trying to make up for it(as unlikely as that might ever be). How would that go down?
