Confused girl paid on the first date but doesnt seem interested

Went out with a girl I really fancy yesterday on a bar date we had a really good time and the convo was flowing. Went to the bathroom and came back and the check was paid I told her I was too much of a gentelman to let her pay she said its fine ill pay for dinner. We went to dinner after dinner on the walk back I invited her over to drink wine at my place she said she wants to go home. She hugged me goodbye and told me "ill see you soon yea" i told her Ill text her. Today I texted her saying "X, how are you tonight" " lets go to bar x sunday my treat this time" she just replied with " heyyy i think i have a bbq sunday out of town" told her "ok enjoy". She didnt give any alternative date or anything. Im confused what to do now should i text her on monday ask her out again or should I not bother and see if she texts back?
