Submitted assignment in wrong area, only realised when everyone got their marks.

Hello everyone, I've royally screwed up!

We had an essay that was due in 3 weeks ago, I submitted it on time but in the wrong place by accident. We're using Turnitin and I sent it to the wrong stream. I only realised now when everyone got their grade back, with me recieving a 0 as it looks like I just hadn't done the work. I've uploaded the document now and emailed my professor to explain what happened. What do I do? I'm absolutely devastated, this essay was worth 60% of my module.

Am I going to fail this module as a result?
