How to install Phantom Liberty DLC into Cyberpunk? (Bought from GOG)

I bought cyberpunk On GOG and have downloaded Phantom Liberty DLC and there are some setup files. Do I just need to first install the setup files and drag and drop into Cyberpunk folder?
