Mutual 23 and me DNA account with ex

So, several years ago my now ex purchased 23 and me DNA kits for us. At the time, when registering the kits (they did the registering) it put both of us under the same account (which I was pissed about at the time but couldn’t change it). Flash forward to now and we are broken up. They changed their password and I no longer have access to my DNA results. They can view and have access to my raw data. They can view my (not biologically related to them) kids results.

Anyway, I’m extremely pissed. I’ve been in contact with 23 and me for almost 2 months and basically just get a standard “this has been sent to our specialists” but never get a follow up from anyone there. I’ve called and called and it’s always some low level call center person.

Is there anything I can do legally that would get my ex to release my DNA information or any thing legally I can do via 23 and me? What type of lawyer locally would advise on this? I’m located in Florida.
