Is it possible to get bad anemia from sh?

I remember my doc told me i had blood test last year and my iron levels were normal and i never really had such a bad anemia in my life before But after i started doing sh everyday i was bleeding quite a lot everyday for 6 months straight and after that i did a blood test and i apperantly have bad anemia now which is weird cuz most of my life my iron levels were normal and I always ate enough meat and my diet didn’t really change
