AMS Auto Refill

I just got a AMS and am struggling to get the auto refill function to work. I currently have 2 rolls of black Bambu PETG Basic in the AMS. When i press the auto refill button it says 'There are currently no identical spare consumables available, so automatic replenishment is currently not possible'. I have the AMS filament backup ticked in the settings.

Any help would be appreciated
