Unknown steering wheel vibration

Just picked up a ‘19 Golf R 6MT with 26k miles on the clock. My steering wheel vibrates at around 83 miles an hour. I tried putting it in different gears and it still vibrates, even tried having it sit at the same RPM in diffent gears to see if it is the motor mounts and it isn’t. Hypothetically if I went 95 or 100 the vibration is gone. And below 83 there isn’t much of a vibration. I have no idea what is causing this and I’ve tried looking on forms and the like. If anyone has had this issue or know what could be causing it that would be great, thank you.
