Tilt table

Just had my official tilt table done today. I did not pass out. My heart rate went into the mid 140s, I got nauseous and started sweating. The nurse doing my test told me it was a negative tilt table test because I didn’t pass out. So my question is, do I still have POTS???? Laying down my heart rate was 77 and within 10 to 15 minutes of them tilting me upright, my heart rate went up to mid 140s and I felt sick.
