Trip for 2 around $2500

Hello, I'm looking to plan a trip for my honeymoon in May. We would like to go from May 15-25 possibly to the 29th. We live in PA so could leave from PHL, JFK, or EWR. Our dream is to go to Greece but it doesn't seem possible with our budget. Does anyone have any other ideas?
