Help: Would Someone Be Able to Forward Me Mail Containing My Georgia License

TL,DR: I need a replacement license while I'm here in Virginia, but the DDS won't mail licenses out of state. I was hoping one of you would be willing to let me mail the license to you and have it forwarded to me in my current location. I, of course, would pay for your time and the cost of mailing this license to me.

Okay, so for the long story. I moved to Georgia from Virginia in 2021 in what I thought was a permanent move. I went through the process of securing a Georgia license, and surrendered my Virginia license. (They let me keep my old VA license though.) Before I got my GA license in the mail I had a mental breakdown and was admitted to a hospital for a couple weeks. When I got out, I moved back to VA to be with my family because my roomies bullied me for having a mental breakdown. So, I never got my GA license, but I thought that'd be fine as I had my old VA license. Of course, I was wrong. I know you probably think I'm stupid, for many reasons, but I'm trying to fix the situation now. However, I need a copy of my GA license but the DDS won't mail licenses outside the state of GA. If I could mail it to one of you and then you mail it to me here, that'd be perfect. Of course, I'd pay for the cost of shipping and your time. If you actually read this, thank you.
