How to find out if the place your working for is going to be good.

Hello All,

I applied for and got invited to interview for a CNA position and a 120 bed rehab. I have an interview Monday. I tried to find out as much as I can about the facility. They have 3 stars on google reviews and on indeed. I currently work at a hospital and I made a lateral transition so i'm getting paid the same but I really am tired of the department I work for. I have to stay with the department for 6 months before I can transfer to a different one. I have worked in the same hospital for 3 years starting as a PPE monitor during covid, becoming a patient sitter for 3 years then getting my NA licenses. I want this position to pay me at least $20 per hour. What is it like working a a nursing home and is that a reasonable amount to ask for?
