My Review for MyTown Los Angeles

Hello! For people looking for dorms near BGC and need ng reviews like me before hehe. Currently staying at Mytown LA and here is my review. This is just for me based sa na-observe ko huhu pls do not come at me hehe

Pros:

• super near BGC if sa BGC office nyo like less than 3 minutes na walk lang nasa BGC area na agad kayo
• cheap for its location
• may food sa mismong labas ng dorm and may malapit na karinderya rin so hindi hassle maghanap ng food
• madaming amenities like gym, karaoke, movie theater, music room, pool, rooftop
• secured naman siya since may card papasok ng dorm and yun din gamit mo to access the elevator and open yung rooms -may laundry shop na rin sa mismong labas if need (260 pesos for 7kgs and 190 if ikaw magpalaba
• may BDO atm machine sa mismong paking -w/parking lot -may cafe rin sa labas

Cons

• hindi masyado okay yung area like sa tabi nya may small space na puro basura na tambak na dadaanan and bago makarating sa bgc area may lalakaran na walang poste
• super small ng room like do not expect for an enough space lalo na if nasa 4/6 in a room like if kakain ka and sa taas kama mo tatayo ka na lang habang kumakain unless akyat mo sa taas ng bed pagkain mo
• hindi rin free cleaning like other dorms
• if maselan sa CR, wala siya bidet and heater hehe -super liit ng cabinet if madami ka gamit and damit hindi keri -the staff is not very accommodating depende sa mood sila hehe and mej magulo rin minsan sa mga sinasabi nila

Tip: if 4 or 6 in a room kayo mas okay na sa babang bed kayo as much as possible para at least pede kayo kumain sa bed and mas malaki ang space

Overall i think for the price worth it naman if you are looking for a reasonable price na malapit sa bgc hehe.
