Will I Be Okay?

I self harmed last night and it was deeper than I've ever cut before (which isn't saying much because it never goes too deep) and it ended up bleeding for around an hour before I got it to stop. It's been almost a day and I've been feeling dizzy and light headed and it's kind of hard to walk and my chest hurts. I'm also pretty heavy on my period right now and I usually bleed a decent amount (stupid to do it on my period, I know.) It's been almost a whole day since I did this and I'm still feeling sick. It's not an option for me to go to the doctors or anything, but am I fine? I felt like this after I gave blood last March and I felt better after a couple days. I'm just scared lol I'm 16 I didn't mean to actually go that deep.
