Help

Just got a new setup with bars and everything else, compression tight as it can while still spinning ok, and bars tightened as much as I can get them to on the clamp, but the bars still wobble and it seems like it’s at the bottom of the clamp, keep in mind I’m running scs with ihc bars with a bar sleeve, does anyone know how to fix this or am I gonna have to buy another clamp
