What are some entertaining well and executed completed manga series that have consistent pacing, and a balance of humor and deep and impactful moments?

Now that the season of yuletide is upon us its time to construct those Christmas list.

So I want to binge read a manga series but i have no idea what manga series to read.

I'm mostly looking for good execution of the series, where there's no bad pacing, abrupt twists that feel cheap, no story arcs that are stretched way to long, nor any wasted potential. Know any?
