Missed a pill for the first time and am worried my period will start again.

I’m on the continuous pill. If you don’t know that means I skip the placebo week and go straight to the next pack. I take birth control specifically because I hate my period. I missed one pill. I’ve never done that before. Will my period come back if it was just one? I’ve been without a period for like two years so it would be especially shitty. And I don’t have any period products.
