Helpless situation, need advice

I started talking to this girl while we are on hunt for housing for grad school in July. She is 24F and myself 25M. I was never been in a relationship my whole life. But on the other side, she is into 3 or 4 relations. We met 8 month after her breakup. Initially we agreed for friends with benefits then meeting in August, we used to spend time like couples, watching movie, holding hands, cyddles and kissing in public. First time we had sex in September month, I can say it wasn't that great, coz she won't give me hand job, bj or anything in foreplay except a 7 seconds kiss on my lips. Every time I tried for penetration, she always says it painful and hurting. I always gave her pleasure with finger, but she never ever touched mine. In the beginning she used to cry for not giving her enough time. She told about her past relations and affairs, one guy in high school(never had sex), she had affair with her cousin( had sex on second day of her cousins marriage), one guy in university who she thinks dumped her for cheating in the relation(she actually did cheating on uni. Bf with cousin), surprisingly she told her bf about it and he left her later. Also she did had 3 random hookups. From the very beginning I kept very transparent with her sharing my things, I think she did too,.but I suspect the she lied abt not having sex with other guys. I never really judged her but standing in my shoes and realizing why the actual fuck I'm doing this all, I got attached to her emotionally. Recently I told her about it and asked to stay in relation with me. We did not spoked for 3 days and she told her girl bestie, about things between us. Then again we stated taking casually like and she is not giving me any time. I wanted to cut everything with her but I still need to face her for next 2 years till my graduation ends. I'm feeling very frustrated and I'm in a situation where she can't stay like she used to be in the beginning and I can't didactic myself from her. All this 3-5 mo that, I never met new ppl and never really had good friends or contact, you know how important it is in university. I wanted make some changes and I wanted some advice on this. You guys are allowed to make fun of my language but GIVE ME SOME STRONG ADVIsE on how to proceed further.Appreciate it.
