My Free Throw is messed up, Anyone Know anything about this??

No matter how long i hold it, it does the same thing every time. Goes up and comes slightly back down. Even if i just tap square. Started today on with my MyPlayer. Tried changing the free throw, didnt change it. Couldnt find anything online.
