Multiple hobbies / interests, how do you manage them?

Question

For those that have multiple hobbies / interests, how do you manage spending time in everything that interests you? I have always had that problem of being interested in many things (drawing, guitar, martial arts, programming, design, etc), feel like that made me more of a generalist since I could never focus 100% on any activity, in some aspect it did help with jobs and similar, but I sometimes think about all the people that were able to focus on one thing and how their lives developed.

Does that happen to you too? Have you tried giving up a few hobbies or gained more hobbies or things to learn as time went on?

I'm 35 and it just feels like that is how I will be all my life.
