Coming to belief in GOD and Jesus Christ helped me get clean

I actually became a pretty holy 'dude' and didn't look at porn for 7 years, nor fap for 7 years, and prior to that 6 years. (I had lost my faith in GOD a bit for about a year and I fell then). Belief in GOD and 'engrossment' in Holy Scriptures allowed me to keep my mind free and break the habit. I also guarded my eyes and asked God to. Basically I was living a very holy life on the straight and narrow, and it was commensurate with my faith in GOD. When my faith waned, then I let my guard down.
