Is it worth upgrading to AM5 for 7800x3d or keeping AM4 and getting a 5800x3d?

My current specs:
Ryzen 7 3700x
RTX 3070
32gb 3200mhz ram
MSI x470 gaming plus mobo
I also plan to upgrade my gpu a couple of months down the line.
