Playing on Android

Looking to get the kids either a xbox or ps5 for Christmas.

With the game passes could they both stream their own games to android devices or do I need to setup a separate account that they both log into?

We have a xbox360 that my older son has an account for.

I was leaning towards a ps5 because I know one of his friend has one but also thought the series s because they will just be playing kids games anyway for the next few years (ages are 6 and 10)
