How is this possible?

I have a old 3ds that had CFW on its SD card. Now every time I try to open the Home Screen all of my apps/digital games/rom hacks such as hshop, the Homebrew channel, CIA are gone, is there any reasoning behind this other than potentially a shit SD card? Thanks. I’ve tried to find any corrupted files on my sd card and that did not work.
