How good is the msi pro B760M-P DDR4 (and other budget mbs)

Title basically, but I wanted to know how good it was because I saw it for quite cheap, and if its good and will work well then It looks like a great option, especially for >100 for a budget builds - basically, any big flaws with it? I also saw a great price for the ASRock B760M-HDV/M.2 D4 and Gigabyte B760M DS3H DDR4, so are either of those better?
