Is this meme trying to say that anyone who complains about tankies is a Nazi? That feels like huffing copium to me.
It's a tankie subreddit, so not really surprising.
It's in reference to Germany 1918 and 1919 however it's wildly innacurate given that the nazis weren't at all a political force yet, or even a thing yet. The freikorp was reactionary as hell but they weren't nazis.
And palpatine wasn't the emperor yet. The SPD's actions led to the formation of the Nazis just like Anakin's actions in this scene led to the formation of the empire.
I also find it ironic that the USSR is used here given how the USSR under Stalin made multiple deals with the Nazis that at best were a delaying tactic which used Poland as what was essentially a massive human shield, and at worst amounted to active collaboration.
