Cloud saves bug on multi-user PC

Me and me wife play on the same PC. We both have our own separate Steam and Windows users, and we both have our own licenses of DRG on both of our Steam accounts.
For her, logging in and playing is completely uneventful. The only small thing is that we share our server browser settings for some reason, so we have to switch it around each time.
For me, if she played after my previous session, the game starts with the screen attached to this post.
Also, no idea if connected, but I sometimes just don't have access to my mods on launch, but I gain it back if I reload the spacerig. Intuitively, it seems to be connected to the same reasons the attached screen appears

I have to do it every time I play if another user played before me, but nothing like that is there for that user. Only me
