Can you guys recommend me a good psychiatrist that actually stay in contact in case of emergency/problem

Tldr:need a good psychiatrist who is reachable after experiencing a terrible one

So i went to dr samhitha sharma last year.she was so bad at communicating and diagnosing and kept increasing my dose and suddenly I couldn’t see properly beyond 5 feet,i was dizzy as well. This continued for a month even after stopping the medication.

And this woman is so hard to contact,you only have to text and not call the reception and they will get back when they want to i.e in 2-3 business days.

One of the main reasons i went was because i had OCD and health related issues really trigger me and imagine my plight when i couldn’t contact her .so i made an appointment online with another doctor in the same hospital ,dr virinchi sharma, I clearly told him I wanted to get off medication but he kept insisting i try other medication for a completely unrelated issue which was my insomnia.at this point i was already drowsy and this dude wants me to use pills for sleep.wow

And i visited so many doctors to resolve this issue,a general physician,haematologist,a neurologist. And i spent 50 k on these visits,medicine,scans.

And the neurologist I went at 8 am and i finally got an appointment at 11pm in the night.

This was such a terrible experience for me

So i was hoping if any of you guys know a trusted psychiatrist that i can actually contact if any such problem arises?
