EF 70-200 f/4L not working correctly with IBIS on R7

Hello guys,

I have EF 70-200 f/4L with adapter on R7 and I have a problem with it. The internal IBIS is causing blurry photos. When I track object, the resulting image is sharp on the background and the moving object is blurry. It seems like IBIS is trying to stabilize the movement of the camera.

Is there any way to solve this or only to turn IBIS off? When the lens has IS (EF100-400), there is no problem. Do the RF lenses behave same?
