Job offer but visa renewal still pending

I recently received a job offer with a start date of early Jan 2024 and am in the process of completing pre-hire checks. I have the right work as I’m on a spouse visa but my visa expires at the end of December and my renewal is still pending (application submitted end November and biometric completed 1st Dec, standard processing). I know that with section 3c I can still work. I have informed hr about my status at the first opportunity and am awaiting their reply. I’m concerned that my pending visa renewal will cause the offer to be rescinded. Should I be concerned? Is this likely to be an issue?
