Recommendations for keeping a cat with inoperable stomach cancer comfortable

Refer to FAQ

We just found out our 6 year old female has stomach cancer, there's a few treatment options but it could only give her another year at best and most of that would be recovery from chemo, I will not put her through that. We have a few medications from the vet, sulcrate to coat her stomach lining, mertazapine to help with appetite, I can't remember what the pain killer is but it seems to be helping and we'll be picking up her antacid this afternoon. I'm wondering if there's anything else we can do to help her be more comfortable in her final months outside of what the vet has already given us. One of the techs recommended CBD oil for stress and extra pain relief so I'll be grabbing some of that today as well. We've decided palliative care is the best thing to do for her at this point so we're basically letting her eat whatever she wants because she's been really picky lately and she's dying anyways, might as well let her enjoy her food, is there anything we should avoid in this specific case? Anything that may upset her stomach or counteract the antacid?
