No tape on IP65 SK6812?

Hiya,

I got this SK6812 strip and am trying to install it under some cabinets. I figured that the blue film on the back was the cover for some double sided tape, but on peeling, I get left with what looks like the back of the PCB with no stickiness left. Did I get no tape on the back of this strip, or am I being a dummy?
