Best surgeons for asymmetry cases?

Advice for me

It seems like most people, and most before and after photos I see, are about moving the upper or lower jaw back/forward. Or adding length to the face. In my case, my left jaw is shorter than my right, both in length and height. My chin button is off to the left. The surgeon I met with also said my yaw is off, or something like that, so my whole jaw needs to be rotated. I have tmd, reduced opening, pain, clicking, & popping. I'm trying to find a doctor in the US or Europe who specializes in these kinds of asymmetry cases/rotations but it's like, even with well regarded doctors, they hardly have any before and afters of asymmetry cases and even when they do the result is often still asymmetrical looking. I met with movahed, who seemingly has a good reputation, but he doesn't really inspire confidence in me. Every time i meet with him he seems to forget our past conversations and say something different. Like he will say he's not sure if I need surgery, then say I absolutely need it and my right joint is being worn down, then go back to hesitancy and confusion and ask me to explain more about my symptoms and if I think I need the surgery?? He seems so busy that he doesn't have time to focus on me, like I went in for another surgery consult and he hadn't even looked at my MRI before I walked in the door. I was supposed to sign the financial packet and start ortho but he couldn't even explain to me the specific cuts and movements he was going to make and said I needed another MRI because he didn't understand what was going on with my left joint. I also tried to ask him what I would look like after the surgery and bring up aesthetics and he just kind of brushed it aside and made me feel weird for even asking, saying it's a functional surgery. (Yes but it's my face I want to know how you plan to rearrange it.) His office also frequently just doesn't answer the phone, i called multiple times a week for two weeks once trying to schedule an appt and no one answered until i sent an angry email. I don't really understand why he is so highly regarded but my guess is that maybe he doesn't do asymmetry cases that much and he's better for people with sleep apnea or something? Idk. He would charge $50,000 and said he doubts my insurance will cover much of it so I just feel like for that price I shouldn't feel that uncomfortable with him. I'm trying to research surgeons in Europe because I hear they're more affordable but it's hard to research because nothing is in English. Maybe I should just bite the bullet and pay US prices but if I'm going to pay that much I want to go to someone else... Idk. LACOMS seems really good but I've heard they charge 60k and it's just a lot...
