Unable to mew both side equally

When i mew i feel more pressure on one side than the other and i dont know how to fix this. When i mew i notice a slight assymetry and when i open my mouth i notice that my tongue is touching my top teeth on the right but the left side of my tongue is fine. It is like that when my right side is a bit higher making it assymetrical. When i try really hard to put even pressure my jaw goes to the left side making it assymetrical. I dont know how to fix this.
