Experience with Unlimited Ammo

Just a heads up to everyone, don't buy from Unlimited Ammo.

I tried to leave a review on their site, but it won't display (this after I got a "thank you for leaving a review" popup). If that's because it was negative, or if that's because of computer issues, who knows.

I ordered some 9mm FMJ in June. The shipment was delayed. It happens. When I emailed to ask for an update, they shipped it next day and with some JHP thrown in for the inconvenience. That's awesome.

At the range, the ammo only sometimes worked. Bad primers or light primer strikes, it's hard to say. Try again another day, same thing. I couldn't get through a full magazine where every round actually fired.

I tried again today. I loaded 10 of their rounds, and only 4 fired. For context, my pistols have never failed to fire with any other ammo, even on the same range trip, with any other brand--ever.

Hundreds of rounds of Sierra, AAC, 2A warehouse, remington, winchester, whatever. No problems. Unlimited Ammo just doesn't go bang.

My PSA: Stay away.
