Is it possible to get a marine sergeant in trouble for cheating/sneaking us on base.
If this is the wrong subreddit please let me know- I know very little about the military so I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge. To save an outrageously recent long story, my partner and I have been hooking up with a sergeant for over two months. He lives off base but for two weeks-ish he lived in the barracks for what he claimed was an electrical problem at home. Come to find out, he was at the barracks and on ‘no visitation’ because he’s been verbally abusing his WIFE and it got to the point where they were worried he was going to harm himself or her. Apparently no one was supposed to visit him and vice versa- as his wife claims. He would always drive us on and off base and would ask whoever would be in the back seat to be asked to duck down just incase the people at the gate were suspicious that he’s bringing more than one person. We came over several times, all in different parts of the day several days out of the week-sometimes 12pm all the way to 12am completely unaware of his wife or his reasoning for being there. I took videos while on base, all of random stuff with proof we were with him on specific dates. (At the time it was just funny videos of us goofing around) Is it possible to show the videos of proof of our visiting to any higher officer to get him in trouble for any of this? His wife was made aware but we also feel wronged because we were friends with him outside of sex and feel violated and wronged for being lied to this whole time. Can he get into trouble or do we just have to chalk it up to a shitty situation? (We don’t know if he has a Reddit but if he does, you know who this is)
