Need Help with Romance Outcome in Patch 4.0

I'm facing a bit of a dilemma in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt after the recent 4.0 patch. I initially chose to express my feelings for Triss in Novigrad, but later on, I decided I'd like to pursue a romance with Yennefer instead.

I've read about using console commands like removefact(q309_triss_stayed)

and removefact(q309_triss_lover)

to potentially change the outcome. However, I'm uncertain if these commands work in the latest patch.
