AAVE V3 - confused about NET APY calculation

I'm using AAVE V3.

Collateral: wstETH for 0% APY

Borrows: USDC for 5.08% APY

Overall NET APY: -7.30%

Are there any hidden fees, or how does AAVE get to -7.30% as a combined Net APY? Thank you in advance.
