Looking for a gift

Hi! I’m looking to get my mom a speaker for Christmas. She wants it to be louder than her drums and have good bass player. Probably looking for 30-45 dollar price range but I’m not sure what a good price for a speaker is so a little more or a little less would be fine. Any suggestions?
