Lease takeover

Looking for someone to take over lease. I do not own it but it is privately owned! It is for a whole private unit, not just a room. The house offers 1160 sq feet of room, distributed across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room has a walk-in closet, and the house also features a decently sized fenced in backyard as well as a garage. The rent is 1500 and you can move in as soon as January! Neighbors are good and kind, Most of them have been here longer than me besides the people I’m connected to! Mainly families, some college kids. I’ve been here for 5 years. In unit laundry and a nice gas stove. In unit laundry, pet friendly and landlord changes your air filters every 3 months. Thanks!!
