Arguing over which gender to implant

I just had my ivf consultation with my Re. She told my husband and I we could choose which embryo we would like to transfer by sex. I just had a miscarriage and it was a boy. I would prefer to implant a girl because that miscarriage was very hard on me. I just wanted to start fresh with an idea of having of girl and hopefully success. My husband is adamant on transferring a boy because he got use to the idea of me being pregnant with a boy and he really wants a son for our first child. I personally feel like he's being selfish because I'm the one that keeps having recurrent miscarriages and having to put my body through all of this with the unknown outcome. Its very physically and mentally exhausting. We're really arguing over this and I have no idea what to do.
