Will WhatsApp ever fix reaction notifications to make them useful?

In any group chat, reactions become almost entirely useless.

There's a limit to how many notifications show up so any reactions older than those are lost to time.

Any chats in archive are worse due to the fact that only the last reaction is shown. If 2 occur then you lose the older ones and have no idea anyone reacted, kinda makes them pointless but people use them so often now, it's baffling.

In other chat apps, any reactions are shown just like @ mentions and you can cycle through them if you wish. I wish WhatsApp would implement this.

I don't understand why anyone uses them when the notifications are so broken. I miss almost all of them unless I scroll up and then manually tap and check each one.

Not to mention the fact you don't get any notifications for anyone reacting to someone else's comment... I just don't understand. Chats have become such a mess since reactions came in, especially for anyone that uses archived chats.

Does WhatsApp have any plans to improve the notifications? I'm losing my mind with busy chats and some people react to EVERY comment and then make their own comment...
